• All bookings must be paid in full prior to confirmation.
• A booking is considered reserved only upon receipt of full payment.
• We accept payments via QR Ph (and other methods listed at checkout).
• Upon successful payment, a booking confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.
• Unconfirmed or unpaid bookings will not be held and may be released to other clients without prior notice.
• Initial bookings are billed by the hour (1-hour minimum). Once your session begins, use the I need more time button on your dashboard to extend in 30-minute increments — pay from your Plug & Focus Wallet, via QR Ph, or at reception (subject to availability).

No cash refunds. We understand that plans can change. If you cannot make it to your booking, you have two options: reschedule it (preferred), or save it for future use through your Plug & Focus Wallet. Credit is non-transferrable.

To cancel or reschedule, sign in and open My Bookings, message us in-app, or email plugandfocusteam@gmail.com with your booking reference. For full credit mechanics and reschedule rules, see our Terms & Conditions.

• Clients are expected to arrive on time. No grace period is provided.
• If a client arrives late, only the remaining time within the booked period will be available for use.
• The booking end time will not be extended to compensate for late arrival.
• We encourage all clients to plan their travel accordingly to make the most of their booked time.

• Each booking corresponds to one seat and must be confirmed and paid online prior to arrival.
• All persons who will be present during the booking period are required to have a confirmed and paid booking before coming to the premises.
• We also welcome walk-in clients, subject to seat availability.
• Walk-in clients are required to book and complete payment online upon arrival before they may be accommodated.
• Entry will be permitted only once the booking is confirmed in the system.

We welcome clients who wish to be accompanied during their visit. To ensure that our space remains properly managed and comfortable for all, please observe the following:

• Every companion, regardless of age, is required to have a separate confirmed and paid booking.
• Each companion occupies and is counted as one seat.
• Companions without a corresponding booking will not be permitted entry into the co-working area.
• No exemptions will be allowed even if the companion is just waiting, watching over, or not working/studying.
• Walk-in companions may be accommodated subject to seat availability, but entry is not guaranteed without a prior booking.
• The client who made the original booking is responsible for ensuring that all companions are properly booked prior to arrival.

We appreciate your understanding as this policy allows us to properly prepare the space for everyone.

Plug & Focus is a shared professional and academic environment. We ask all clients to dress in smart casual attire. The following are not permitted:

• Slippers or flip-flops
• Sleeveless undershirts or sando tops
• Excessively revealing clothing

We want everyone to feel comfortable and focused, and a presentable environment contributes to that for all clients.

Plug & Focus is designed to be a focused environment for all clients. Out of respect for everyone sharing the space, all clients are expected to:

• Maintain a low noise level at all times in the general co-working area.
• Keep conversations, whether in person or over the phone, brief and at a considerate volume.
• Use headphones for all audio, including music, videos, and calls taken at the desk.
• Avoid speakerphone use, loud discussions, or extended verbal exchanges in open areas.
• Keep mobile phones on silent or vibrate mode while in the co-working area.

If you need to take a lengthy call or engage in a discussion, please move to a designated area or book one of our Solo Meeting Pods.

• Solo Meeting Pods are available for separate booking for clients who require distraction-free privacy or need to conduct meetings, calls, or discussions without disturbing others.
• Ideal for video conferences, interviews, client calls, lengthy meetings, or any discussion that may be disruptive in an open co-working setting.
• Pod bookings are subject to availability and must be reserved in advance through the online booking tool.
• Unauthorized use of a Solo Meeting Pod by clients who have not booked it is not permitted.
• Eating and drinking of any food or beverage, other than water, is not permitted inside the Solo Meeting Pods. Please finish any refreshments before entering the pod.

Plug & Focus offers complimentary coffee, tea, and water to all clients during their booking period. Light snacks are subject to availability.

• Please take only what you can consume while inside the premises.
• Takeout of any complimentary refreshments, light snacks, cups, and utensils is not permitted.
• This policy applies to all clients and companions present during the booking period.

We appreciate your cooperation in keeping this complimentary service available for all.

Clients are welcome to bring outside food into the premises, subject to the following:

• Full meals (rice, viand, noodles, and similar) may only be consumed at the designated pantry area. Eating full meals at workstations or co-working tables is not permitted.
• Light snacks such as biscuits, bread, nuts, chips, or similar items may be consumed at the workstation, provided they do not produce strong odors or create excessive noise that may disturb other clients.
• Strong-smelling food is not permitted anywhere in the general co-working area out of consideration for others sharing the space.
• Clients are responsible for cleaning up after themselves. Please dispose of all food packaging and waste in the proper bins and leave your area clean upon departure.

We practice CLAYGO — Clean As You Go.

To maintain a safe, respectful, and productive environment for all clients, the following are strictly not permitted within Plug & Focus:

• Alcoholic beverages of any kind
• Smoking and vaping anywhere on the premises, including near entrances
• Online gaming of any kind, including mobile games, PC games, and browser-based games
• Streaming or downloading of movies, shows, or large non-work-related files
• Any activity that consumes excessive bandwidth and affects the experience of other clients
• Any unlawful, abusive, harassing, or disruptive activity whether online or in person
• Bringing of pets or animals onto the premises

Clients found engaging in any of the above may be asked to stop immediately, and repeat violations may result in cancellation of the booking without a refund and restriction from future bookings.

Our Wi-Fi connection is provided for productive work and study purposes. All clients are expected to use it responsibly:

• Internet use is for work, study, research, and legitimate online communication only.
• Streaming movies or shows, online gaming, crypto mining, and any unlawful online activity are strictly prohibited.

We take pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped environment for every client. All clients are expected to treat our space and its amenities with care — including furniture, equipment, fixtures, complimentary dishware, and all common area materials.

We recognize that minor accidents can happen, and we do not treat honest mistakes as misconduct. To ensure fairness to all clients and to preserve the quality of our space:

• Clients are responsible for any damage to Plug & Focus property that occurs during their booking period — whether caused by accident, negligence, or misuse. This includes (but is not limited to) broken dishware (mugs, cups, glasses), damaged furniture, stained upholstery, scratched surfaces, or broken fixtures and appliances.
• In the event of damage, clients are encouraged to report it immediately to a Plug & Focus staff member. Prompt reporting is appreciated and will always be taken into account.
• The cost of repair or replacement will be assessed based on the actual cost of the item or service required. Clients will be informed of the amount and given a reasonable timeframe within which to settle.
• Intentional damage or damage resulting from reckless use may be subject to a higher replacement cost assessment and may affect future booking privileges.

We simply ask that every client treat our space as they would a place they are proud to be part of.

We believe most clients come with the right intentions. However, to maintain the integrity of the space for everyone:

• First instance: A friendly reminder from our staff.
• Second instance: A formal verbal or written warning.
• Third instance: The current booking may be terminated without a refund, and future bookings may be suspended or permanently restricted.

Violations involving damage, harassment, or prohibited activities may bypass the progressive steps and result in immediate action.

CCTV cameras are installed in common areas for the safety and security of all clients, companions, staff, and property within the space.

• Cameras are positioned to monitor common areas and entry/exit points only.
• They are not directed at individual workstations and are not capable of viewing the screens of any laptop, tablet, phone, or other personal device.
• Your work, your data, and your screen remain entirely your own.
• Footage is stored securely, accessed only by authorized personnel, and used strictly for safety and security purposes.
• Footage will not be shared with any third party except when required by law or in the course of an official investigation.

By booking and using our space, clients acknowledge the presence of CCTV cameras in common areas as part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment for everyone.

• Please do not place bags or personal belongings on unoccupied seats or tables, as these may be reserved by other clients. Please use the bag hooks underneath your desk.
• Report any pre-existing damage you notice upon arrival so it is not attributed to your session.
• Return furniture and equipment to their original arrangement before leaving.
• Plug & Focus reserves the right to charge the payment method on file for any damage costs, where applicable.
• If you have questions or concerns during your visit, please do not hesitate to approach our staff — we are here to help.
• We value feedback to continuously improve on client experience.

At Plug & Focus, we are committed to treating every client with warmth, professionalism, and the utmost respect. In the same spirit, we kindly ask all clients to extend that same courtesy to our staff and to fellow clients sharing the space.

Our team is here to ensure that your experience is comfortable, productive, and enjoyable. We ask that all interactions with our staff be conducted with patience, kindness, and mutual respect.

Any form of discourteous, disrespectful, or abusive behavior directed toward our staff or other clients will not be tolerated and may result in the immediate termination of the booking without a refund.
